Hi Danielle

We're a small company and don't have that type of info broken down to that level. We can assure you that our burritos are made from the freshest of ingredients, of high quality and standards, and most importantly - tasty good. If you're looking for something lighter from our menu, try the following (without cheese and sr cream): Pollo Loco - all white meat chicken, Da Finest - sauteed fish, Biggie Bean - tex mex bean burrito, or our house signature - "Sweeeet" slow roast pork. All are lean and mighty delicious.
